With a career spanning over 40 years of culinary excellence, Chef Vottero is the chef / operator of the critically-acclaimed Ristorante ViVo Vincenzo Vottero in Bologna where he confidently walks a tightrope between traditional Bolognese cuisine and modern artistic dishes.  Chef Vottero is also Michelin Star Chef, current President of the Bologna Restaurant Association and leads curriculum as the Director of the Culinary Academy “Taste of Bologna.”
