About Viva México Tequila

Crafted with Care
Made from 100% blue agave grown in the highlands of Jalisco, Viva México tequilas are slow-cooked, naturally fermented for 120 hours to the sound of classical music, and double-distilled in copper stills. Each expression — from crisp Blanco to barrel-aged Extra Añejo — reflects a harmony of fresh agave character and complex, layered flavors.

For this special evening, Sergio Vivanco, the owner of Viva México Tequila, will be joining us at Stefani Prime. You’ll hear firsthand about the family’s 5-generation legacy, the meticulous production process, and the stories behind each pour. This is a rare opportunity to share a table — and a toast — with the heart behind the bottle.

Tasting Notes
Blanco: Bright and clear with peach, green guava, lime, grapefruit, and herbal notes of mint and olive. Crisp, clean, and true to the agave.
Reposado: Four months in American oak brings layers of pineapple, cherry, rosemary, vanilla, caramel, and cinnamon.
Añejo: Aged 18 months for deep notes of caramel, maple, cocoa, chocolate, dried fruits, tobacco, and a touch of banana.
Extra Añejo: Rich, elegant, and barrel-forward, showcasing the pinnacle of Viva México’s craftsmanship.
