Join us for an unforgettable evening celebrating one of Italy's most iconic wine estates. Stefani Prime invites you to experience an exclusive six-course dinner thoughtfully paired with exceptional wines from Pio Cesare, the legendary Piedmont producer that has been crafting world-renowned wines in the heart of Barolo since 1881.

Chef Bolla has created a seasonal menu that highlights fresh summer ingredients and refined flavors, with each course carefully designed to complement a selection of Pio Cesare's acclaimed wines. The evening's pairings include Cortese di Gavi, Chardonnay, Dolcetto d'Alba, Barbera d'Alba, the estate's iconic Barolo, Moscato, and a farewell pour of the renowned Barolo Chinato.

Throughout the evening, guests will be guided by David Jagodzinski, a representative from Pio Cesare, who will share the history of this celebrated family-owned winery and offer insight into the winemaking philosophy, heritage, and craftsmanship behind each featured bottle.
