Step into an evening of fine wine and elevated dining as Stefani Prime presents a six-course dinner with pairings from the iconic Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars. This exclusive dinner will highlight refined seasonal dishes—ranging from delicate seafood bites to rich handmade pasta, prime steak, and an elegant dessert—each thoughtfully paired with a selection of world-class wines.

The evening’s pairings feature distinguished bottlings including Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and several iconic Cabernet Sauvignons from Stag’s Leap, complemented by a rare Antinori Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon and a sweet finish with Marchesi Antinori Vin Santo dessert wine.

Leading the dinner will be Juan Muñoz-Oca, Chief Operating Officer of Vinattieri 1385, who oversees Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars and Antinori Napa Valley. With roots in Mendoza, Argentina, and decades of experience across the globe, Juan is recognized as one of the most passionate and influential voices in modern winemaking. Throughout the evening, he will guide guests through each course, sharing the stories, history, and craftsmanship behind the wines.
