About Mijenta Tequila

Mijenta Tequila is a premium, artisanal, and additive-free brand crafted in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, by Maestra Tequilera Ana Maria Romero. The tequila relies strictly on 100% fully mature Blue Weber agave without any added colorings, or flavorings. Derived from "Mi Gente" (meaning "My People"), the brand focuses on community, sustainability, and celebration.

The Experience

Begin the evening with a welcome cocktail before exploring Mijenta tequilas, including the Symphony Series No. 3 Añejo with Brand Ambassador Brad Bolt. Discover the character and craftsmanship behind this distinctive expression while enjoying light bites thoughtfully curated to complement the rich, layered profile of the tequila.

​Mijenta Symphony Series No. 3 Añejo

Mijenta Symphony Series No. 3 Añejo is a limited-production, small-batch artisanal tequila aged for 18 months in custom-built "symphony barrels" made from multi-state American oak staves. This añejo expression showcases the terroir of fully mature highlands agave complemented by notes of vanilla, caramel, fruit, and chocolate imbued by the barrel.
